Sellers are expected to publish truthful listings, honor transaction terms, maintain valid verification details, and fulfill deals responsibly.

Listing accuracy

Describe products truthfully, upload authentic images, disclose defects, and use pricing that reflects the intended offer.

Handle fulfillment directly, provide delivery updates when applicable, and keep proof relevant to completion if a dispute occurs.

Do not list prohibited, counterfeit, illegal, misleading, or unsafe products. Violations may lead to listing removal or account suspension.

Complete required KYC before using protected transaction features where applicable.
Use real product photos and avoid misleading edits or exaggerated claims.
Accept secure deals only if you are ready to fulfill on the agreed terms.
Keep shipment, handover, or completion proof in case dispute review is required.
Do not pressure buyers to bypass the platform’s protected flow.
