Request Taykaro account deletion
This page explains how Taykaro users can request account deletion, what information may be removed, and what records may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, or dispute-resolution purposes.
How to request deletion
- Email info@xunaone.com from your registered email address, or contact support from your registered phone number.
- Use the subject line Account Deletion Request - Taykaro.
- Include your registered phone number, registered email address if available, and a short confirmation that you want your Taykaro account deleted.
- Our support team may ask for verification details before processing the request to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
Expected timeline
We aim to review and process valid deletion requests within 7 business days. If additional verification, active disputes, payment holds, chargeback reviews, or legal checks are required, processing may take longer.
What data may be deleted
- Profile details and account preferences associated with the user account.
- Marketplace listings that are no longer required for open transactions, disputes, or compliance review.
- Stored app-facing account information that is no longer required for operational, legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
What data may be retained
- KYC, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, and security-review records where retention is required for compliance or abuse prevention.
- Transaction, escrow, payout, refund, and dispute-related records required for accounting, legal defense, audit, or enforcement purposes.
- Support tickets, incident records, device or technical logs, and policy-enforcement evidence where reasonably required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Important notes
- Deletion of an account may limit or remove access to ongoing listings, secure deals, payout requests, and dispute history.
- If a dispute, refund, payment review, withdrawal review, or legal hold is active, related records may be retained until the matter is resolved.
- Some data may be anonymized or retained in backup, audit, and compliance systems for a limited period where required.
