These Terms govern access to and use of Taykaro, a secure marketplace platform operated by XunaOne Innovations Pvt Ltd.
Marketplace usage
Taykaro provides the marketplace platform, secure transaction protection flow, KYC verification support, dispute resolution process, and secure payment release framework. Taykaro does not itself sell listed products, own inventory, warehouse items, or deliver goods.
Listing rules
Listings must be accurate, lawful, non-misleading, and compliant with prohibited-item and community policies.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, lawful ownership or authority to sell, transaction fulfillment, and maintaining proof relevant to delivery or completion where applicable.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings, providing accurate account information, using the platform honestly, and releasing payment only after satisfactory transaction completion.
KYC requirements
Taykaro may require KYC and related verification before enabling certain features or continuing account use.
Prohibited products
Users may not list illegal, counterfeit, dangerous, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise prohibited products or services.
Secure payment process
Protected payment stages exist to support safer transactions. Release timing depends on transaction completion, platform workflow, and dispute status where applicable.
Dispute process
Users may be required to submit evidence such as images, chats, shipping proof, or other relevant materials. Taykaro may review available evidence and determine an outcome within platform policy.
Commission
Taykaro may charge platform commissions, fees, or deductions for facilitating protected transactions or related services.
Returns and refunds
Taykaro does not independently sell products and does not guarantee product returns outside platform policy and dispute outcomes where applicable.
Account suspension and fraud policy
Accounts may be limited or suspended for suspected fraud, policy abuse, false evidence, prohibited items, or other harmful conduct.
Limitation of liability
Taykaro is not responsible for the quality, legality, safety, authenticity, condition, logistics, delivery performance, or merchant conduct of independent users beyond the platform’s own processes and obligations under applicable law.
